Christina Ong founded COMO Hotels and Resorts in 1991 with The Halkin in London. The family-owned Singapore group now operates 19 hotels and resorts, ranging from private islands in the Maldives and Turks and Caicos to Bhutanese lodges, Balinese wellness retreats, European wine-country hotels, and compact urban addresses. COMO Shambhala supplies the most consistent thread: wellness is integrated through treatments, movement, diagnostics, and nutrition-led menus rather than treated as a decorative spa add-on. The architecture remains deliberately varied and place-specific, from Perth's State Buildings and a Tuscan castle to contemporary hotels in Bangkok and Singapore. Two farmhouses marketed within the Castello Del Nero estate and the wider COMO Residences inventory are accommodation products, not separate hotels, and are excluded from the count. Comoclub provides a genuine consumer rewards currency through Comocredits earned on eligible direct stays, dining, and wellness.

Comoclub is COMO Group’s global recognition programme. Members earn Comocredits on eligible direct room reservations and qualifying dining and wellness spend, then redeem them against bills or for selected experiences and items.
How it works
Join Comoclub and present the membership when using participating hotel, restaurant, or wellness services. Eligible rooms must be reserved directly with COMO by its website, telephone, or email. Third-party room bookings do not earn Comocredits, although eligible dining and wellness spend may still qualify. Members can use sufficient Comocredits to offset all or part of a final bill, or redeem through the programme’s curated catalogue. Government taxes, service charges, tips, and external activities do not earn. Property perks and tier recognition vary, so compare the direct member offer with any advisor package before booking.

Guests booking rooms through ineligible third parties, or travellers whose advisor package is clearly worth more than the likely credits and member privileges.
Nobu at COMO Metropolitan London is specifically excluded from Comocredit earning. Retroactive claims must follow the current programme deadline and documentation rules.
