How to choose a Bali luxury hotel

Bali is an island of different products sharing one airport code. The useful hotel question is Ubud jungle and rice-terrace quiet versus east-coast cliff drama at Amankila versus Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, or Uluwatu beach and cliff resorts. Guests who book "Bali" without picking a coast or the inland cultural basin usually spend a transfer day correcting the mistake. Denpasar traffic between Ubud and Uluwatu is not a short scenic hop.
