Firmdale Hotels

Kit Kemp interiors, intimate service, and eleven individual hotels across London and New York.

Firmdale Hotels is the independent collection created by Tim and Kit Kemp in 1985. Eight London hotels and three New York hotels make up the current operating portfolio, ranging from compact townhouses such as Number Sixteen and Dorset Square to the larger Ham Yard, Soho, Crosby Street, Whitby, and Warren Street hotels. Kit Kemp’s layered colour, art, textiles, and bespoke furniture supply a recognisable visual language, while each property keeps its own restaurant, drawing rooms, and neighbourhood scale. Ham Yard Residences and private projects are excluded from the hotel count.
