Raffles

Grand-hotel ritual, landmark addresses, and a butler tradition carried into a modern global collection.

Raffles takes its name and much of its identity from Raffles Singapore, the 1887 hotel founded by the Sarkies brothers on Beach Road. The modern portfolio keeps that grand-hotel inheritance but is no longer limited to colonial landmarks. Restored addresses in Singapore, Phnom Penh, Siem Reap, Warsaw, and London's Old War Office sit beside sculptural towers in Doha and Shenzhen, island resorts in Bali and Udaipur, and large palace-style properties in the Gulf. Butler service is the clearest common thread, adapted from suite-floor formality to resort hosting rather than imposed as a single design language. Raffles also sits inside Accor, giving it a genuine consumer loyalty currency through ALL Accor. The current official booking directory contains 24 open hotels after residences and the separately listed future openings in the Red Sea and Courchevel are excluded.

How it works

Join ALL Accor free and attach the membership number to an eligible reservation. Qualifying hotel spend earns Reward points, which can be applied to eligible stays and experiences under current ALL rules, plus Status points and nights that determine annual tier. Benefits expand from member rates into welcome amenities, upgrades, lounge access, and late checkout where the tier and hotel provide them. Point value and availability are governed by ALL rather than by a Raffles-only award chart. Luxury-advisor rates may add breakfast, credit, or priority benefits, so compare channels before booking and confirm whether benefits combine.

What to expect

  • Earn ALL Reward points on eligible Raffles stays and redeem under current ALL rules
  • Earn Status points and qualifying nights toward ALL elite tiers
  • Member rates, preference recognition, and tier-based welcome benefits
  • Higher-tier benefits can include upgrades, lounge access, and late checkout where available

Who should care

ALL members building status or a Reward-point balance, repeat Raffles guests, and travellers comparing a direct member rate with a luxury-advisor package.

Who can ignore it

Guests on non-qualifying rates, one-time cash visitors with no interest in Accor, or travellers whose advisor package clearly outweighs the available points and tier benefits.

Earning eligibility, redemption mechanics, and on-property elite benefits follow current ALL Accor terms and can vary by rate, tier, and hotel.
