- Reception operates 08:00–22:00 daily, with an overnight emergency number for guests. Check-in starts at 15:00 and check-out is 11:00.
- The hotel is cash-free. Pets are limited to designated cabins by prior arrangement and cannot enter the main building or restaurant.
- The English and Swedish accommodation-cancellation wording conflicts on both the partial-charge and full-charge deadlines; obtain the applicable terms in writing before confirming.
- Restaurant and activity cancellations inside 14 days incur the full charge. Spa-treatment cancellations inside 48 hours do the same, although a treatment can be transferred to a fellow traveller.
