Wolfgang Puck’s first European restaurant opened with the hotel on 1 September 2011. The ground-floor dining room showcases prime dry-aged American beef, Australian and Japanese wagyu, and native seafood. Breakfast is served daily 7:00am–10:30am, lunch 12:00pm–3:00pm, and dinner 6:00pm–10:00pm. Advance dinner table reservations are strongly recommended.
