Master Chef Shinji Kanesaka’s London outpost features an intimate 13-seat counter crafted from century-old kiso hinoki cedar by Itai Komuten, split into a 9-seat main counter and 4-seat private room. Awarded one Michelin star in 2024, service runs Tuesday through Saturday across two evening sittings at 6:00pm and 8:30pm (closed Sundays and Mondays).
