The Lounge by Aman Menu & Review

At Aman Tokyo, Tokyo, Japan

Bright, atrium-level, open to outside guests, 11:00–22:00

The Lounge sits at the base of the hotel's 30-metre atrium and functions as Aman Tokyo's all-day room, open to outside guests as well as residents from 11am to 10pm. The menu deliberately spans three registers — Western classics, Chinese dishes and Japanese small plates — alongside bento boxes, sandwiches and salads, with the Aman Tokyo Wagyu burger the single most-ordered dish on the menu and something of a minor Tokyo food-media fixture in its own right. It's the most photographed interior in the hotel, the easiest reservation to get, and the practical entry point for a first-time visitor who wants to experience the space without committing to Arva or Musashi.

Menu Highlights

  • The Aman Tokyo Wagyu burger, the Lounge's signature and most-ordered dish
  • Japanese-French afternoon tea, served through the afternoon hours
  • A rotating small-plates selection spanning Chinese and Japanese cooking
  • A curated Japanese whisky and cocktail list available into the evening

Reservation Tip

Afternoon tea books out on weekends — reserve several days ahead if visiting Friday through Sunday; walk-ins are generally fine for lunch on weekdays.
