Wine and Whiskey Tastings

The Farm's public tasting programme includes scheduled American whiskey, Wine and Cheese, and blind Taste Like a Sommelier sessions, plus on-request Scotch, a five-spirit experience and private wine or whiskey tastings for up to six. All participants must be at least 21 and the experiences are additional to the stay. The current tasting page says the cellar holds 160,000 bottles, while The Barn card says more than 9,000 different selections; those are bottle and label measures, not interchangeable restaurant counts.
