The Kitchen is Ett Hem’s only currently named restaurant and welcomes both staying guests and outside diners. Weekday lunch runs Monday–Thursday with seatings from 12:30–13:30 and a 120-minute duration. A four-course lunch runs Friday–Sunday with seatings from 12:30–13:30 and a 150-minute duration. Dinner runs Monday–Sunday with seatings from 18:00–21:00 and a 210-minute duration. Each live product accepts parties of one to eight. Residents are told there is always space but should email the Kitchen; outside guests use the public booking link. The hotel’s current affiliation page calls the property a two-restaurant hotel, yet neither the house site nor booking system names a second restaurant.
