The resident meal programme moves from a pre-drive spread to brunch, high tea and a four-course dinner drawn from a changing seven-day menu. Regional and heirloom produce, local artisan relationships, reduced waste, meat and plant-based choices, Botswanan dishes and baobab ingredients shape the Earth-to-table approach. This is the principal camp service rather than a public restaurant. Clock hours, dress code and a reservation policy are not published.
