This evolving fine-wine event is a distinct seven-, eight- or nine-course pairing developed by Mombo’s chef and sommelier teams, which usually devote a full day to the preparation. It should not be confused with the normal four-course dinner on the seven-day camp menu. Guest notice, party size, frequency, wine selection and any surcharge are not published, so arrange the experience in advance and confirm the terms.
