The Beverly Hills Hotel Plans Its Biggest Addition Since 1949
The Beverly Hills Hotel plans a 94-seat Supper Club for late 2026, leading a Ken Fulk expansion that also adds a cocktail bar, lounge and screening room.
The Beverly Hills Hotel plans to introduce a 94-seat Supper Club later in 2026 as the first part of what Dorchester Collection calls its most significant addition since the Crescent Wing in 1949. The September 28 announcement describes a new evening destination designed by Ken Fulk, with live entertainment alongside dinner.
For guests, the appeal is straightforward: a reason to make the hotel the evening's destination, rather than simply the place to return after dinner elsewhere in Los Angeles. The exact opening night remains the detail to establish before planning a visit around it.
What will make the Supper Club different?
Chef Mattia Agazzi, formerly of Gucci Osteria Beverly Hills, is leading the food, while Alex Le Roux of ALR Music is curating entertainment. Seating is oriented toward the stage. The combination suggests an evening to settle into, rather than a meal squeezed between other appointments.
With only 94 seats, booking the restaurant deserves its own attention. A hotel reservation should not be assumed to include a table, a preferred view of the performance or admission to a specific event. Those details will matter especially for anyone bringing a group.
Does this replace the hotel's familiar restaurants?
The announced additions also include a cocktail bar with an outdoor veranda, a lobby lounge, a screening room and private dining space. The hotel says its existing dining landmarks will remain unchanged. That allows returning guests to consider the new room without giving up the routines that brought them back.
The property's current official site still presents three distinct dining moods: the Polo Lounge for its social dining scene, the Fountain Coffee Room for a diner-style stop and the Cabana Cafe for a relaxed poolside meal. The Supper Club would add a more performance-led evening to that mix.
What should you confirm for a late-2026 stay?
Ask the hotel which new spaces will be operating during your dates, when dining bookings open and whether an entertainment programme has been confirmed. A planned opening later this year is less precise than a reservable night.
It is also worth matching the venue to the occasion. Someone seeking a quiet conversation may prefer a different dining room; someone wanting dinner to become the main event has a clearer reason to follow this opening.
