Waldorf Astoria Admiralty Arch Names Its Spa Partner Before Bookings Catch Up

Waldorf Astoria Admiralty Arch picks OSKIA for its London spa, while Hilton lists an autumn opening and room reservations from February 2027 onward.

Waldorf Astoria London - Admiralty Arch has chosen British skincare company OSKIA as its exclusive spa treatment partner. Hilton's October 7 announcement adds a concrete detail to the landmark's transformation, but travelers should read it alongside the hotel's current website: it advertises an autumn 2026 opening while listing room reservations from February 2027.

What will make this spa different?

According to Hilton's announcement, OSKIA is creating treatments specifically for the hotel and residences, its first partnership with a Waldorf Astoria property. The skincare company develops and manufactures its products in Wales. Spa manager Caitlin Ryde will oversee the treatment operation and guest experience.

The planned facilities include individual and couples' treatment rooms, a hydrotherapy pool, sauna, steam room, ice fountain, fitness center and a private relaxation area. That gives the project a wellness offering beyond a treatment room attached to a city hotel. It does not, by itself, establish a treatment price, an appointment time or access for someone who is not staying overnight.

Can you plan an autumn stay around it?

Two dates need separating. The release says the hotel will open later in 2026; the banner on Hilton's hotel page, checked October 20, says reservations are available from February 2027. Neither statement explains the gap. An opening season and the start of advertised room reservations should not be treated as interchangeable promises.

For someone planning a specific London weekend, the useful next step is to ask the hotel which nights can actually be reserved and whether the spa will operate on those dates. If a treatment is central to the trip, obtain its booking terms separately. A confirmed bedroom does not automatically secure a couples' appointment or establish which facilities the room rate includes.

What else is taking shape behind the arch?

The hotel's website also identifies Coreus by Clare Smyth and Cafe Boulud by Daniel Boulud among its dining plans. Together with the spa, they suggest reasons to spend time inside the building rather than simply use it as a ceremonial address. The practical test remains availability: line up the room, restaurant and treatment reservations before building a stay around all three.
