The Dining Room serves breakfast from 6.30 to 10.30, Thai and international, in the courtyard or inside. Palette is the teak-house restaurant for up to 24, Western and Asian lunch and dinner — it made the Chiang Mai Michelin Top 50 in 2022. Jack Bain’s Bar (5–11) pours colonial and Asian cocktails in the homestead where Jack Bain’s family were the last residents. The Parlour and the lawn do afternoon tea. Ask for Palette when you book the suite.
Before you book dinner
- The Dining Room serves breakfast from 6:30am to 10:30am, lunch from 12:00pm to 2:30pm, and dinner from 6:00pm to 10:30pm.
- Private candlelit dinners can be arranged beside the 25-metre pool upon request.
- Jack Bain’s Bar operates daily from 5:00pm to midnight in the historic teak homestead.
