Akari is the house Japanese room for lunch and dinner — sashimi, sushi, wagyu, and ramen after the hill. Lunch runs 12:00–13:30 (it replaces Yakiniku on the terrace in bad weather); dinner 19:00–21:30 daily. A terrace grill with tableside embers has been added. Nama still appears for afternoon matcha, with the Terrace, Bar, Library, Salon, and Les Prés de la Croix (a snowmobile to a Savoyard chalet, extra). Half board covers breakfast plus lunch or dinner at the hotel and select partner restaurants. Drinks, treatments, and the chalet evening are extra. Book Akari when you book the room.
