Eight villa suites occupy the former royal house and Queen Marija annex, open year-round from 22 May. On the island from 1 July: Village Rooms 45–50 square metres, Cottages 45–90, Deluxe Cottages 60–100, a one-bedroom Grand Cottage 110, a two-bedroom cottage 105, a 145-square-metre unique cottage, a three-bedroom courtyard cottage, a two-bedroom Adriatic Suite 155, and the Sveti Stefan Suite 165 with a private pool and steam. The house does not publish a current island total. Ask villa versus island, and Village versus Cottage versus Sveti Stefan Suite, when you book.
