Amandari Dining Guide
The Restaurant serves breakfast, lunch, dinner, and wine tasting — international plus Indonesian and Balinese — with 50 lower seats and pool and valley glass. Terrace Bar opposite has 22 seats, snacks to cigars, sundowners. Two Dining Balés seat four each with a valley view. Lotus Pond dinner seats eight by reservation. In-suite dining runs 24 hours. Riverside dining is a private set-up down the path or a hill sundowner, not a walk-in restaurant. Breakfast for two and 16:00–17:00 afternoon tea at the Terrace Bar sit on the stay list. Other meals extra. Not all-inclusive.
Before you book dinner
- The Restaurant serves breakfast from 7:00am to 10:30am, lunch from 12:00pm to 3:00pm, and dinner from 6:30pm to 10:30pm.
- Afternoon tea is served daily by local village hosts beside the pool from 4:00pm to 5:00pm.
- Private candlelit dinners can be arranged at the river valley edge upon request.
