Man Yi Xuan — Lingering Peace — is the Chinese room: Yunnan and Cantonese, highland mushrooms, dim sum at lunch, 88 seats plus four private rooms, indoor and outdoor, old-town panorama. The Lounge serves Western and Asian with organic produce. The Tea House does Chinese and Western tea sets, savouries, cakes, dim sum, and Jade Dragon on clear days. Open to non-residents when tables exist. Breakfast included. Other meals extra. Not all-inclusive.
Before you book dinner
- Man Yi Xuan serves lunch from 11:30am to 2:30pm and dinner from 5:30pm to 10:00pm.
- The Tea House serves traditional tea ceremonies and afternoon tea from 1:30pm to 5:00pm.
- In-suite private hotpot dinners can be arranged on your private courtyard terrace.
