The Grill seats about 65 for breakfast, lunch, and dinner — ranch meat, fish, seasonal produce, redwood, wood fire, Teton glass. The Lounge does light plates all day with two fires and a terrace to Spring Gulch. Zinc Bar has sandstone columns and morning coffee and pastry on the stay list. Open to non-residents when tables exist. Breakfast at The Grill is extra unless your rate prints it. Pre-close reviews split from impeccable Christmas stays to a lounge left with unwashed glasses. Not all-inclusive.
