Amanjena Dining Guide
Dinner rooms are the Moroccan Restaurant and Nama. The Moroccan Restaurant is the courtyard in the Arrival Pavilion, with a fountain, and it is dinner only. Nama is izakaya dinner with a sushi bar and robata beside the 33-metre pool; breakfast is à la carte and Arva Italian lands at lunch in the same house. The Pool Terrace does breakfast and lunch with Atlas and fairway glass. The Bar is pre- and post-dinner drinks with a cigar humidor; shisha moves to the Sunset Lounge in summer. The Caidal Tent in the olive grove is a private Moroccan night. Rooms open to non-residents when tables exist. Breakfast is extra unless a package includes it. This is not all-inclusive.
