Amankora Dining Guide

Each lodge has its own dinner rooms. At Paro, The Dining Room looks toward Drukgyel Dzong, with Patio Courtyard and the Log Cabin under Tiger’s Nest. Punakha has farmhouse dining and first-floor private rooms with rice-field glass. Gangtey sets family tables toward the Black Mountains; the Potato Shed is a booked night. Bumthang has a fireplace room and a courtyard under fruit trees. Thimphu has a double-volume room and a stream terrace. Menus print Bhutanese, Western, Indian and Asian from local farms. Seven-night journeys include all meals, en-route picnics and house wines and spirits; the premium list is extra. Breakfast is not a standalone add-on on those journeys. A one-night walk-up is not all-inclusive.
