Amanoi Dining Guide
Dinner rooms are The Restaurant and The Beach Club. The Restaurant sits in the Central Pavilion with 180-degree Vinh Hy Bay glass, Vietnamese and international plates, an air-conditioned room and a shaded terrace. The Beach Club is relaxed lunch, pool drinks and grilled seafood on the private sand; Japanese guest-chef nights have run Monday to Friday in summer, with Saturday barbecue. The Bar sits under soaring eaves toward the hills. Private tables include beach dinner, cliff pool, lotus pavilion, Rock Studio and in-Residence. Open to Aman guests only. Breakfast and afternoon tea are included. This is not all-inclusive.
Before you book dinner
- The Main Restaurant serves breakfast from 7:00am to 10:30am, lunch from 12:00pm to 3:00pm, and dinner from 6:30pm to 10:30pm.
- Amanoi Beach Club is open daily from 10:00am to 6:00pm.
- Private candlelit dinners can be arranged on the beach or in secluded rock alcoves.
