Dinner rooms are the circular Dining Room and the Khmer Village House in Angkor Park. Breakfast through dinner from local produce, with Kampot-pepper sets and a small Khmer-or-western card. Afternoon tea is on the stay. Village House is breakfast after Bayon and Ta Prohm, or a chef’s Khmer feast with live music. A market cooking class runs at Psah Leh. Open to guests and non-residents when tables exist. Breakfast plus a choice of lunch or dinner and tea are included. Alcohol and a second main meal sit outside. This is not all-inclusive.
