Amanvari Dining Guide
Dinner rooms are Luma, Arva and Sesui. Luma is Mexican coastal fire cooking, breakfast through dinner every day, the local table. Arva is Italian shared-table dinner Wednesday through Sunday. Sesui is Japanese omakase for ten plus an à la carte room, dinner Monday, Tuesday, Friday and Saturday. The Lounge Bar for lunch and dinner drinks. The Pool for daytime bar and late dinner. Estate farms and Baja fish. Open to guests and non-residents when tables exist. Breakfast included. Alcohol and à la carte sit outside. This is not all-inclusive. Confirm Arva and Sesui nights before you arrive; they are not daily.
Before you book dinner
- The Main Pavilion serves breakfast from 7:00am to 10:30am, lunch from 12:00pm to 3:00pm, and dinner from 6:30pm to 10:30pm.
- The Ocean Club operates daily from 11:00am to 7:00pm.
- Private candlelit dinners can be arranged on the beach dunes upon request.
