A treatment is extra. Massage and body work are 18 or older. Fitness, yoga, and meditation are 14 or older. Phones stay out of the spa. Programmes must be pre-booked. - What are spa hours?
- The spa page does not print facility open and close times. Book a treatment with the programme. Do not treat the typical-day sample as opening hours.
- How old do I have to be for a treatment?
- The spa page: massage and body treatments 18 or older; fitness, yoga, and meditation 14 or older. The policy page: 14–18 can take some treatments except cleansing, detox, and intensive, and can book Foundation programmes only. The stay itself is 14 or older.
- Can I use my phone in the spa?
- No. Phones are allowed in rooms and certain outdoor areas. They are not allowed within the spa or during yoga, meditation, or Vedanta.
