Twelve named rooms live as Stay modals — there are no /stay/hagoromo pages. Villa Tenko is the 220-square-metre detached villa: private tatami corridor, terrace, outdoor Towadaishi stone bath and indoor Koyamaki wood bath, two queens plus futon beyond two, garden view, six guests, children of any age. Suites on the pond and Noh stage: Hagoromo 126 square metres, first floor, half-open-air Koyamaki bath toward the stage, five guests; Moegi 152 square metres, most spacious suite, second floor, six; Asagi 111 square metres, second floor, five; Ugetsu separate tatami bedroom, card 90 square metres / index 89, first floor, futon, six; Kocho card 52 / index 49, first floor in front of the stage, futon, two; Matsukaze 71 square metres, second floor, purely Japanese, futon, four. Garden-facing: Hagi 109 square metres, first-floor corner by the small river, six; Nadeshiko 97 square metres, second-floor corner, four; Dodan 80 square metres, second floor, five; Fuji 61 square metres, first floor, cherry tree in spring, three; Yamabuki 49 square metres, second floor, two. All except Tenko print the under-seven line. Over two guests, most queens add futon. Every room card prints a Koyamaki or stone onsen bath and separate toilet.

- Twelve named Stay modals. Ugetsu prints 90 on the card and 89 on the index; Kocho prints 52 and 49. Use both figures.
- Only Villa Tenko takes children of any age. The other eleven print under-sevens not excepted.
- Check-in 14:30, latest 18:00. Check-out 11:30.

Detached 220-square-metre villa on the first floor, garden view, terrace, outdoor Towadaishi stone bath and indoor Koyamaki wood bath. Two queens; futon beyond two. Maximum six, including children of any age. The only card that takes under-sevens.

Hagoromo
126-square-metre first-floor suite: separate bedroom, Japanese sitting room, terrace. Half-open-air Koyamaki bath toward the Noh stage and pond. Two queens. Maximum five. Children under seven not accepted; over-sevens at the adult rate.
Category 3
Moegi
152-square-metre second-floor suite — the most spacious — separate bedroom, sitting room, writing desk, oval Koyamaki bath, Noh stage and pond view. Two queens. Maximum six. Under-sevens not accepted.
Category 4
Asagi
111-square-metre second-floor suite, separate bedroom and sitting room, square Koyamaki bath, Noh stage and pond. Two queens. Maximum five. Under-sevens not accepted.
Category 5
Hagi
109-square-metre first-floor corner suite toward the small river, garden view, oval Koyamaki bath. Two queens. Maximum six. Under-sevens not accepted.

61-square-metre first-floor superior facing pond and garden, cherry tree in spring, square Koyamaki bath. Two queens. Maximum three. Under-sevens not accepted.

Yamabuki
49-square-metre second-floor superior, garden and seasonal trees, square Koyamaki bath, futon. Maximum two. Under-sevens not accepted.

- How many rooms are there?
- Twelve named rooms on the Stay index. You pick a named room on the Stay page — Hagoromo, Tenko, Kocho — not a generic type.
- Which rooms face the Noh stage?
- Hagoromo, Moegi, Asagi, Ugetsu, Kocho, and Matsukaze print Noh stage and pond views. Tenko, Hagi, Nadeshiko, Dodan, Fuji, and Yamabuki print garden views.
- Why do Ugetsu and Kocho have two sizes?
- The index teaser and the modal disagree. Ugetsu is 89 square metres on the index and 90 on the card. Kocho is 49 on the index and 52 on the card. The house prints both.
- Do rooms have their own baths?
- Yes. Every Stay card prints a Koyamaki wood or Towadaishi stone hot-spring bath and a separate toilet. Tenko has both outdoor stone and indoor wood.
