Kerzner’s resort kit listed 16 restaurants and bars, seven by celebrity chefs. Opening press listed 17. Tripadvisor hotel copy still says 15. Named rooms have included Gastronomy (breakfast buffet, in the stay), Nobu by the Beach, Estiatorio Milos, Jaleo by José Andrés, Carbone, Ariana’s Persian Kitchen, Resonance, Dinner by Heston Blumenthal, La Mar, Ling Ling and Cloud 22. 2026 city guides say Dinner by Heston, La Mar, Ling Ling and Cloud 22 were paused. Kerzner notes through 2025 still named those kitchens. Confirm the live list before you travel. Dinner is extra. Reserve Milos or Carbone when you book the room.
