Badrutt’s Palace Hotel Dining Guide
The press kit lists 11 restaurants, two bars and King’s Social House in winter; six restaurants and one bar in summer. Rooms include Le Restaurant (international and French), La Coupole-Matsuhisa in the old tennis hall (16 GaultMillau points in the kit), IGNIV by Andreas Caminada (second Michelin star in 2020; 2026 guides still list two), Chesa Veglia from 1658 with Pizzeria Heuboden, Grill Chadafö and Carigiet Fondue Stübli, Paradiso on Corviglia, La Diala in the spa, and Renaissance Bar. Meals are extra. Reserve IGNIV or Matsuhisa when you book the Deluxe. Confirm which rooms are open in summer.
