Baumanière les Baux-de-Provence Dining Guide
The official gastronomy directory supports two public restaurants: three-Michelin-starred L’Oustau de Baumanière and La Cabro d’Or. Room service is separately confirmed by the concierge page, but its menu, hours, delivery terms and building coverage are not published. The house does not list a standalone public bar or a venue called La Table or Table d’Hôtes, so neither appears here. Both restaurants publish substantial closure rules, and those rules conflict across current house pages; reserve against written confirmation for the dates of the stay.
Before you book dinner
- The official public dining list contains exactly L’Oustau de Baumanière and La Cabro d’Or; no standalone bar or Table d’Hôtes is listed.
- L’Oustau prints lunch 12:00–14:00 and dinner 19:30–21:00, but its weekly closure differs across official pages.
- La Cabro d’Or prints lunch 12:00–14:00 and dinner 19:30–21:30, but official pages disagree on seasonal Monday-and-Tuesday closure dates.
- Room service is confirmed without a public menu, hours, ordering method, fee or building coverage.

L’Oustau de Baumanière
Three-Michelin-starred Provençal fine dining
Lunch 12:00–14:00; dinner 19:30–21:00
L’Oustau is the estate's three-Michelin-starred destination restaurant in the historic farmhouse, with an indoor dining room and seasonal terrace. Lunch is printed as 12:00–14:00 and dinner as 19:30–21:00; the Ballade menu must be ordered by 13:00 at lunch or 21:00 at dinner. A correct outfit is required. The venue card closes Wednesday and Thursday and adds Tuesday from 18 November 2025, generic headers instead show a Monday-and-Tuesday seasonal pattern, and the Starry Night offer says Wednesday and Thursday only. Its annual closure published for early 2026 has passed, so current dates need direct confirmation.

Seasonal Provençal cooking
Lunch 12:00–14:00; dinner 19:30–21:30
La Cabro d’Or serves lunch and dinner in a dining room and on a terrace shaded by plane mulberries. Hours are 12:00–14:00 and 19:30–21:30; the lunch and Sunday menus must be ordered by 13:15. The French venue page gives a Monday-and-Tuesday closure from 20 October 2025 to 15 April 2026, while the English page says mid-October through the end of April and generic headers print still other end dates. Published annual closures are already past, so ask the house for the calendar attached to the stay.

Hours are not published
The official concierge page confirms room service as a hotel service. It does not publish a menu, breakfast timetable, all-day or overnight hours, delivery charge, ordering method, age restriction or coverage across L’Oustau, Le Manoir, Carita, Flora and Maison de Famille. Treat availability as supported but operational details as unconfirmed, especially when staying 900 metres from L’Oustau.
