Benesse House Dining Guide
Rooms are Museum Restaurant Issen (seasonal Japanese on the museum floor), Terrace Restaurant at Park, and Setomae Sushi Nagi from 25 April 2026. Naoshima tourism still names Issen and Terrace. There is a museum café. Oval Lounge serves continental breakfast and a welcome drink for Oval guests only. Meals are extra. Breakfast was renewed 1 April 2026 — confirm the live menu and reserve Issen or Terrace when you book the room. There is no included tea-ceremony programme.
Before you book dinner
- Museum Restaurant Issen serves breakfast (7:30-10am) and dinner (6-9:30pm).
- Terrace Restaurant Umi no Hoshi serves dinner from 6:00pm to 9:30pm.
- Reservations for both restaurants are required well in advance.
