Bishop’s Lodge, Auberge Resorts Collection Dining Guide
Meals are at SkyFire, The Bar and Lounge, and Two Dogs Cafe. SkyFire is wood-fired Southwest on the Tesuque terrace, breakfast through dinner, with a weekend jazz brunch. 2021 press named Dean Fearing; Condé Nast still lists Pablo Peñalosa as executive chef — both names belong on the table. The Bar pours regional plates and Bishop’s Hour. Two Dogs is the casual room: sandwiches, salads, juices, pastry and a retail corner. Meals are extra. Reserve SkyFire when you book a guestroom. A Private Dining Room and Wine Room exist for groups.
Before you book dinner
- SkyFire serves breakfast from 7:00am to 10:30am, lunch from 11:30am to 2:30pm, and dinner from 5:30pm to 10:00pm.
- Two Dogs Cafe operates daily from 6:30am to 5:00pm.
