Montagna Ristorante does wood-fired pizza and Coppola family recipes; Guatemaltecqua cooks Guatemalan and Maya plates; the Garden Spot is open-air garden dinners; the Jaguar Bar pours Jaguar Juice, rum and Coppola wines (Trans-Americas still notes Apocalypse Now ceiling fans). The 2017 fact sheet had Montagna open breakfast, lunch and dinner with herbs from the 3.5-acre garden. Complimentary amenities do not include meals. Smith bookings still list continental breakfast as included. Alcohol and dinner are extra unless you buy a package. Reserve Montagna or Guatemaltecqua when you book the cabaña.
