Blanket Bay Dining Guide
Dinner is a daily five-course degustation under Chef Dan Reynolds, who the lodge says returned from European Michelin kitchens. Cocktails and canapés start in the Den. Summer tables go on the Grand Terrace; winter tables sit by the dining-room fire. Smaller parties can use the wine cave, tasting room and outside fireplace. The Michelin work is Reynolds’s past, not a starred lodge plate. Relais lists half board. The winter rate card includes breakfast, pre-dinner cocktails and dinner. Lunch is extra. Reserve the dining room when you book the room, and say whether you want the cave or the terrace.
Before you book dinner
- The Lakeview Dining Room serves breakfast from 7:00am to 10:30am and dinner from 6:30pm to 10:00pm.
- Pre-dinner drinks and canapés are served in the Great Room from 6:00pm to 7:00pm.
- Private dinners can be hosted inside the Wine Cave upon advance request.
