The Lodge & Spa at Brush Creek Ranch Dining Guide
Three gourmet meals a day and select beer, wine and spirits. The Farm’s 20,000-square-foot greenhouse, Medicine Bow Creamery, Brush Creek Distillery and the 94-yard wine tunnel feed the plate. Cheyenne Club is the Farm restaurant — ranch Wagyu, about a mile from Trailhead, ranch shuttle. Pioneer Kitchen in the lodge does breakfast and the casual dinner nights. Preferred guests: dinner rotates Pioneer and Cheyenne; no alcohol before 16:00. Classes (pasta, Wagyu grilling, cheesemaking) are extras you book. Spa and some tastings still land on the folio.
Before you book dinner
- Trailhead Lodge serves breakfast (7-10:30am) and lunch (12-2:30pm).
- The Cheyenne Club serves dinner from 6:00pm to 10:00pm.
- Outdoor chuckwagon barbecues with live country music are hosted weekly.
