Canyon Ranch Tucson Dining Guide
Vaquero Canyon Ranch in the Clubhouse runs 7:00–20:00 (breakfast 7:00–9:30, weekday lunch 11:30–14:00, dinner 17:30–20:00; dinner reservations required). Double U Café by Flagstone Pool serves cold items 5:30–17:00, breakfast 6:00–9:30, lunch 11:00–14:00. The Demo Kitchen does Lunch & Learn and cooking classes. Javelina Cantina in the Snug is 17:00–21:00 for wine, local beer and house Ranch water. An older PDF still names Canyon Ranch Grill. Meals and snacks are included. Reserve Vaquero for dinner on the app. Do not assume an in-room dining fee from an old printout.
