Cap Rocat Dining Guide
La Fortaleza is chef Víctor García — two tasting menus plus à la carte, Majorcan product, avant-garde technique. The Sea Club is a wood-fired grill and oven at Caló de la Reina. The old fortress kitchen is still used for private dining, tastings and classes. Meals are extra. The hotel has two Michelin Keys; La Fortaleza is selected, not starred, and has two Repsol Soles. Reserve La Fortaleza or the Sea Club when you book the room. Guests warn the Sea Club draws non-residents in summer.
