Cashel Palace Hotel Dining Guide
The Bishop’s Buttery is the vaulted cellar — flagstone, Executive Chef Stephen Hayes, Golden Vale produce. The Guinness Bar sits under the original stone. Michelin’s restaurant page describes the cellar and a pint in the bar; the hotel FAQ still calls the Buttery a Michelin-starred room and the hotel two Keys. Confirm the live star. A casual bistro and afternoon tea sit beside them. Meals are extra. Breakfast can be bought in. Reserve the Buttery when you book the room if you want the starred cellar; do not treat a package dinner as the standard rate.
