Ceylon Tea Trails Dining Guide

Ceylon Tea Trails does not operate named restaurants or publish set meal times. Each bungalow has its own chef, dining room and bar, and the chef discusses meals with guests in advance. Meals can move between the dining room, lawns, patios and lakeside settings. Bar names, hours, weekly closures and fixed menus are not published. The seven dining experiences are not conventional restaurants. Five need confirmation by the previous afternoon and Tea-Infused Dinner by that morning. Garden Picnic Breakfast is weather- and availability-dependent, can lose locations to a bungalow buyout and has unspecified Luxury Room limitations. The ordinary dining page does not enumerate one universal meal plan, so confirm each experience’s timing and inclusion with the butler.
