Château Eza Dining Guide
La Table Gastronomique is dinner 19:30–21:30, smart dress, tasting menu, floor-to-ceiling glass over the water. L’Horizon is midday 11:30–14:30, Mediterranean carte under the same chef, Justin Schmitt. Lineage: Le Stanc and Cirino 1988–1995, Wagner 2007–2015, Schmitt’s star March 2023. The Nice tourist office still lists one star for 2026 — confirm the live Guide. Lounge bar 11:00–23:00, 18 seats inside, 20 on the terrace. Private balconies, a 16-seat dining room and a wine cave for pairings. Meals extra. Breakfast is extra on partner pages.
