Delaire Graff Estate Dining Guide
The current official programme has three restaurants, one wine-and-light-meal lounge and one private dining room. Delaire Graff Restaurant serves lunch daily and dinner on a disputed calendar; Hōseki serves Japanese lunch and dinner daily and breakfast for resident guests; Lorenzo's is a weather-dependent lunch-only Italian terrace. The Wine Lounge is first come, first served for tutored tastings, drinks, snacks and platters. The Vinoteque is an enquiry-only private room for up to 18, not a public restaurant. Indochine is now a resident lounge rather than a bookable restaurant. Standard lodge stays include breakfast and a wine tasting but not lunch or dinner; the Owner's Villa includes meals prepared by its private chef while meals in the Estate restaurants remain additional. No current all-day or dinner in-lodge menu is published.

The Vinoteque is the Estate's named private dining and wine-tasting room, seating up to 18 for tailored dinners, family celebrations or business meetings with dishes from the flagship restaurant.
