Les Hauts de Loire Dining Guide

Two tables. La Table des Hauts de Loire is Arthur Peta with pastry by Marion Arzel, estate honey and kitchen-garden herbs, winter fireplaces, garden terrace in season. Le Bistrot des Hauts de Loire has Thonet chairs, charcoal-oven meats, and a vegetable-garden terrace. Gourmet hours: Wednesday–Friday dinner only; Saturday and Sunday lunch and dinner. Lunch 12:00–14:00; dinner 18:00–22:30. Dogs are banned in the gourmet room and on its terrace; trousers are required for men at gourmet dinner. The Bistrot is closed Wednesday lunch and all day Thursday; dogs are welcome there. The hotel has a Michelin Key; the Bistrot has a Bib Gourmand — not two stars. Gault&Millau lists Arthur Peta at 14/20. Meals are extra. Reserve the table when you reserve the room — guests have been sent to drive out when both rooms were full.
