T Spa occupies 18th-century Villa Emilia and is open daily from 9 am to 8 pm. Its thermal circuit combines a panoramic sauna, aromatic steam bath, tepidarium, ice fountain, sensory shower and relaxation lounge; the indoor-outdoor infinity pool adds an outdoor Jacuzzi, bubble beds, massage jets and a swan-neck fountain. The separate Italian Hammam has a heated marble plinth, private steam room, blade showers and a tub for two, while the garden T Spa Suite creates a self-contained circuit with whirlpool, sauna, steam bath, contrast cascade and relaxation space.
The treatment menu names Lake Como Sleep Ritual, Grand Detox and T Spa Haven as signature experiences, alongside Hammam Ritual, Moroccan Dream Hammam and Golden and Silk Skin Experience. Scrubs, body treatments, relax, deep-tissue, candle, hot-stone, maternity, express and couples massage are listed, as are rebalancing, purifying, glowing, rose, hydrating, regenerating, perfecting and collagen facials. Mosaico Studio covers manicures, pedicures and hand-and-foot rituals; Vanità Hair Salon offers styling, cuts, up-dos, makeup, masks and scalp massage; waxing is also available.
T Fitness is a separate three-floor gym in La Malpensata, with cardio equipment, strength training, and a top-floor mobility, movement and yoga area. Hatha yoga, Ashtanga Vinyasa and personal training are bookable. The spa and fitness facilities are strictly for guests aged 16 and above, even with an adult, but treatments are available to all ages and the menu includes children's mini manicure and pedicure services. Book treatments ahead: cancellation inside 24 hours is charged in full.
