Hotel Imperial, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Vienna Rooms & Suites

The current official inventory contains nine categories across 138 individually decorated rooms and suites. Approximate sizes rise from 30 square metres in Classic Rooms to 150 square metres on the Royal Suite card. Classic and Maisonette accommodate two; every other category accommodates three. No room has a private pool or hot tub. Only Deluxe publishes mobility-accessible tub and roll-in-shower inventory, but the rooms tab separately says the hotel has no accessible rooms, so physical access must be confirmed directly. Butler eligibility is also inconsistent: the rooms overview says service is available on request, while detailed material identifies it only for the Royal Suite. Royal is the only category that should be described as having dedicated butler service without further confirmation.

Before you book a room

  • All nine cards describe approximate area, nonsmoking rooms and air conditioning; no category publishes a private pool or hot tub.
  • Classic and Maisonette cap occupancy at two. Deluxe and every suite other than Maisonette cap occupancy at three.
  • Only Deluxe publishes mobility-accessible tub and roll-in-shower variants, but the rooms tab says no accessible rooms are available. Obtain written confirmation of the exact inventory and physical route.
  • The rooms overview makes butler service available on request without naming categories; detailed sources promise dedicated butler service only for Royal. Keep it Royal-specific below direct house confirmation.
  • Classic, Imperial Junior, Sisi and Elisabeth cards each list both combined and separate bath-and-shower arrangements.
  • Sisi uniquely lists wireless internet as charged while all other category cards show it as complimentary; wired internet is complimentary throughout.
  • Imperial Suite benefits exclude a complimentary minibar in the room-card wording; Royal alone explicitly publishes a complimentary minibar or open bar.
  • Royal’s one-bedroom, three-person base card is distinct from an extended connected configuration reaching three bedrooms and up to 460 square metres.

Category 1

Classic Room

Maximum occupancy 2

The entry category combines high ceilings, period decoration and a marble bathroom. One crib is permitted, rollaway beds are not, and some rooms connect. Its card lists both a shower-and-tub combination and a separate bathtub and shower, so the actual bathroom arrangement needs written confirmation. No mobility-accessible tub, roll-in-shower or hearing-accessible room is published for this category.

Approximately 30 sq m / 323 sq ft

Category 2

Deluxe Room

Maximum occupancy 3

A larger room with a marble bathroom, separate bathtub and shower, bidet and one permitted rollaway or crib. Booking variants include city-view, upper-floor, balcony and accessible versions, but the detailed card does not expose a twin Deluxe. The card and booking variants show mobility-accessible tub and roll-in-shower inventory, while the rooms tab says no accessible rooms are available; confirm the exact room and route before booking.

Approximately 35 sq m / 377 sq ft

Category 3

Imperial Junior Suite

Maximum occupancy 3

This junior suite adds a sitting area, walk-in closet, high ceilings and chaise longue; twin inventory publishes a Ring Boulevard or city view, while booking variants also expose city-view, balcony and upper-floor versions. Up to two rollaways or two cribs are permitted within a combined maximum of two. The bathroom card lists both combined and separate bath-and-shower arrangements, so confirm the assigned layout.

Approximately 45 sq m / 484 sq ft

Category 4

Executive Junior Suite

Maximum occupancy 3

A high-floor city-view junior suite with one balcony, sitting area, table and desk. One rollaway and up to two cribs are permitted within a combined maximum of two. The marble bathroom is listed with separate bathtub and shower. No mobility-accessible tub, roll-in-shower or hearing-accessible inventory is printed for this category.

Approximately 55 sq m / 592 sq ft

Category 5

Maisonette Suite

Maximum occupancy 2

The top-floor, bi-level option has a city view, one balcony, sitting area, sofa, table and desk. One rollaway and one crib are permitted within a combined maximum of two. Its marble bathroom has separate bathtub and shower and double vanities. The duplex plan distinguishes it from the single-level suites, but no accessibility inventory is published.

Approximately 65 sq m / 699 sq ft

Category 6

Sisi Suite

Maximum occupancy 3

A one-bedroom suite in red, green or blue schemes with a separate living room, walk-in closet, chandeliers, paintings and city or courtyard outlook. One rollaway and up to two cribs are permitted within a combined maximum of two; a connecting room is available. Its card uniquely charges for wireless internet while every other card makes it complimentary, and it also gives conflicting combined-versus-separate bathroom wording.

Approximately 55 sq m / 592 sq ft

Category 7

Elisabeth Suite

Maximum occupancy 3

A one-bedroom suite with a separate living room, armchairs, sofa, mirrored sliding bedroom door, walk-in closet and high ceilings. One rollaway and up to two cribs are permitted within a combined maximum of two, and some suites connect. Complimentary pressing of two garments per stay is category-specific. The card lists both combined and separate bath-and-shower arrangements.

Approximately 60 sq m / 646 sq ft

Category 8

Imperial Suite

Maximum occupancy 3

One of three individually designed suites, with a Ring Boulevard or city view, separate salon, walk-in closet and ceilings described up to six metres. One rollaway and up to two cribs are permitted within a combined maximum of two; a connecting room is available. The room card includes breakfast in the suite, pressing of five garments, Champagne, Imperial Cake petits fours, fruit and flowers, but still marks the minibar as charged. Butler service is not promised on this category’s detailed card.

Approximately 80 sq m / 861 sq ft

Category 9

Royal Suite

Maximum occupancy 3 in base configuration

The base layout has one bedroom, one and a half bathrooms, Ring Boulevard or city views, a salon, walk-in closet and dedicated butler service. Two mirrored suites can connect through adjacent rooms to form configurations up to 460 square metres and three bedrooms; that extended layout is distinct from the three-person base card. Category benefits include in-suite breakfast, pressing, two-way airport limousine transfer, a butler-arranged bath, a pre-dinner cocktail for two, open bar and other named welcome amenities. The card says 150 square metres while another official suite page says over 150; ceiling copy also differs between six and seven metres.

Approximately 150 sq m / 1,614 sq ft in base configuration
