Trou au Diable is the beach-level sister-resort restaurant used for lunch; at dinner the same setting hosts Apsara's Saint Lucia–East India fusion menu. It is down the hill at Anse Chastanet, not inside Jade Mountain. Regular Apsara dinner does not operate Tuesday, when the shared beach restaurant switches to the resort-wide Caribbean or Tropical evening.
