Jade Mountain Resort Dining Guide
Jade Mountain proper has one named daily restaurant, Jade Mountain Club, plus Celestial Terrace for sunset cocktails and reserved private dinners. The house also provides anytime sanctuary service and five special private-dining formats: Six in Your Sanctuary, Wine Gourmet with Food Pairings, Chefs on Wheels, Sunset Celebration in Your Sanctuary, and private dinner on Celestial Terrace. Two additional private dinners take place at the sister estate's beaches: Ultimate Cast Away at Anse Mamin and a tented water's-edge dinner on Anse Chastanet Beach. Those services are not separate restaurants and remain outside the venue table. Jade guests may also use the listed Anse Chastanet restaurants and bars downhill. Every shared facility below is labelled as Anse Chastanet or Anse Mamin rather than being presented as physically inside Jade Mountain. Daily rates can be booked with different meal plans and are not automatically all-inclusive.

- Jade Mountain Club is the sole named daily restaurant inside Jade Mountain; its venue page gives meals but no clock hours.
- Celestial Terrace is a sunset and private-dinner setting, not a second daily restaurant; private dinner requires advance reservation because demand is high.
- Ordinary anytime sanctuary service is distinct from the named special private-dining experiences and none should become a pseudo restaurant.
- Every Treehouse, Emerald's, Trou au Diable, Apsara, Beach Grill, Jungle, Beach Bar and Piton Bar listing is a shared Anse Chastanet or Anse Mamin facility downhill.
- On Tuesday, regular Treehouse and Apsara or Beach Grill dinner service pauses for the common Caribbean or Tropical beach evening.
- The Club's access wording conflicts: Jade calls it exclusive to resident guests, while Anse Chastanet permits its residents to reserve lunch or dinner with meal-plan surcharges.
- The 2021 Friday Lionfish Dinner is absent from current pages and is not treated as a standing service.

Sanctuary service and private dining
Anytime suite or sanctuary service is distinct from Six in Your Sanctuary, a six-course wine-paired meal served by the Major Domo. Other bookable formats are Wine Gourmet with Food Pairings, Chefs on Wheels, Sunset Celebration, Celestial Terrace dinner, Ultimate Cast Away at Anse Mamin, and a tented dinner at Anse Chastanet Beach. Celestial Terrace needs advance reservation because demand is high; Wine Gourmet directs guests to prebook. The beach formats occur at the sister estate, not inside Jade Mountain.
Jade Mountain Club
Seasonal Jade Cuisine with modern fusion, Caribbean and tropical influences

Jade Mountain's sole named restaurant wraps around a colourful infinity pool and serves seasonal Jade Cuisine. Live entertainment appears on selected evenings. The surrounding pool is not identified as a guest swimming pool. The house's two access statements differ: Jade calls the Club exclusive to resident guests, while Anse Chastanet permits its residents to reserve lunch or dinner with meal-plan surcharges.

This mid-hillside sister-resort restaurant serves breakfast and modern Caribbean or seafood-inspired dinner. It is not inside Jade Mountain. Monday's Gourmet Dinner and Wine Pairing is scheduled here at 19:00 and requires a reservation.

Trou au Diable is the beach-level sister-resort restaurant used for lunch; at dinner the same setting hosts Apsara's Saint Lucia–East India fusion menu. It is down the hill at Anse Chastanet, not inside Jade Mountain. Regular Apsara dinner does not operate Tuesday, when the shared beach restaurant switches to the resort-wide Caribbean or Tropical evening.

Beach Grill is a dinner identity in Anse Chastanet's Beach Bar setting, serving grilled dishes and salads. It is a sister-estate option rather than a Jade Mountain restaurant. The ordinary dinner rotation pauses Tuesday for the shared buffet-style beach evening, so the concierge should confirm whether Beach Grill or Apsara is operating on the selected night.

Jungle Bar & Grill sits at Anse Mamin, the quieter sister-estate beach north of Anse Chastanet. It is not inside Jade Mountain. Guests reach it by complimentary shuttle boat from Anse Chastanet or an approximately ten-minute coastal walk. The current Jade schedule separately prints the bar and lunch service windows.
