Singita Ebony Lodge Dining Guide
There is no restaurant street. Meals and drinks, including premium wines, spirits and liqueurs, sit in the official include list. You eat on the opened-up river decks, in the lodge, or in a boma. Wallpaper’s 2024 recut added a wine cellar and lounge decks; Eric Taub’s 2025 return named that cellar. Places.co.za still carves champagne out of older include copy; the current official list does not. A Trip.com regular said the bush breakfast and some kitchen polish had gone. Tell them the diet before the first drive. Boutique wine is a shop, not the included cellar.
Before you book dinner
- Mealtimes coordinate with optimal game-viewing hours: early morning snacks, midday river lunches, and evening dinners.
- Private romantic dinners can be arranged on the deck of your suite upon request at no extra charge.
- The sommelier hosts complimentary wine tastings and cellar visits daily.
