Singita Lebombo Lodge Dining Guide

There is no restaurant street. Meals and drinks, including premium wines, spirits and liqueurs, sit in the official include list. You eat at the Long Bar, the Winter Lounge, the deck, or the new Wine Pavilion — HK Studio’s 2026 room with floor-to-ceiling bottles and an island, now facing the Winter Lounge. Official culinary line on the 2026 release is local ingredients and contemporary regional dishes. Condé Nast Traveler still names Liam Tomlin and a pastry bakery from an older stay; current Singita pages do not reprint that chef line. CNT and older FlyerTalk notes carve out French Champagne; the current official include list does not. Cellar dining can be extra on older write-ups. Tell them the diet before the first drive.
