SingleThread Farm - Restaurant - Inn Dining Guide
The product is the dining room downstairs, not a restaurant street. Official homepage: a 10-course tasting menu from the Dry Creek farm. Relais still says 11. Inn guests get a guaranteed table; you can also stay and skip dinner. Breakfast is Japanese or Sonoma, in the room, the study, or the rooftop garden. In-room donabe is on the inn page for two-night stays; the bookings page adds a four-course room or rooftop menu April through October. Wine pairings are extra. Dietary notes need three days; official cannot adjust soy, miso, allium, rice, sesame oil, sea salt or sea plants. Restaurant closed New Year’s Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas.
