Vista Bar & Restaurant is the overwater thatched pavilion from breakfast until late. Driftwood is the beach bar — thin-crust pizza, Khmer-inspired salads, sushi, cocktails. Destination tables can be dug into the beach, set by the pool or placed in the jungle. Menus on the homepage are Khmer flavours, island seafood and the organic garden. This is not a Michelin dining room. Tripadvisor splits: some stays call the food the point; one ocean-view stay called lunch awful and dinner only better. Ask what the villa rate includes before you order — current public pages do not list the stay as all-inclusive.
